Buck's Rock offers a wonderful riding program in affiliation with Wells Valley Farm. Instruction consists of six lessons per half session . The riding instructors will evaluate each participant's skills and classes are designed to meet the camper's individual needs. Beginners to intermediate levels are accommodated. Riding helmets are required, long pants, and suitable footwear with a heel. The fee for horseback riding is $200 for one session, $300 for 6 week session and $400 for the full summer.

Wells Valley Farm, an extremely reputable local riding school, offers professional instruction for beginners to advanced riders in the areas of English hunt seat riding, dressage and combined training. Thirteen highly schooled horses are used for instruction in the 70 ft x 175 ft indoor arena or one of the many outdoor riding rings.

Diane of Wells Valley Farm holds certification with the American Riding Instructors Program and has over twenty years of riding and instruction experience. Laura has over 10 years experience and has extensive show experience with dressage and combined training.
